Self esteem book editor Lana Areton, M.A.

A Brief History

Go with Love was founded in 2005 as a corporation dedicated to the primary purpose of bringing greater amounts of love, acceptance, peace, freedom and joy to people's lives.

Our mission: To eradicate low self-esteem through the absolute acceptance of it's existence and the transformation of it through the Power of Love!

It was developed by Lana Areton as a response to the demanding and growing world need to end personal suffering and rediscover one's innate right to live a life of self-esteem.

Out of Lana's own experiences toward greater self-esteem, the Go with Love philosophy and materials emerged. As a child, she struggled with self-esteem, self-acceptance, and food issues. She appeared, at the age of 15, in Life Magazine documenting these challenges and her attempts to overcome them. Subsequently she made television appearances on CNN and the CBS Morning Show sharing her story with the public. In 1994 she sought the help of a professional to overcome her continuing difficulties. Through their supportive and encouraging relationship she began the journey towards greater self-love. As she incorporated the principles of love into her life she noticed dramatic and positive results. Her self-esteem improved and her life changed for the better. In 1997 she began to teach and share her experiences, helping others experience the positive effects of a life founded on the principles of love. In 2000 she received a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She worked therapeutically to help people with eating disorders, family, and relationship issues until she moved to New York in 2002. Currently Lana continues to help people transform their lives through her thriving coaching and professional speaking practice. She is the author of the book Go with Love: Transform Your Self-Esteem in 30 days.

Through her workshops, motivational speaking and the Go with Love program, Lana brings the message of the Power of Love to all who seek a new approach in reconstructing their lives. To this day she continues to follow these principles in her own life as well. Always enjoying the growth process and the gifts she receives from sharing it with others. She enjoys being apart of the transformation of people's lives and finds it a privilege to share and walk in this path with those who share her vision.
